AI Engineer Full-time Job

• Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and AI systems to address business challenges.
• Design and build robust, scalable AI applications for data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions.
• Analyze large datasets, clean and preprocess data, and perform feature engineering to improve model performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, and incorporate best practices and emerging trends into projects.
• Optimize and tune models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), and other AI domains as required.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven applications in production environments.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve model accuracy, performance, and robustness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience (X+ years) working as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with deep learning techniques, including neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with data manipulation and processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), or other specialized AI domains.
• Knowledge of distributed computing, parallel processing, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Published research or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects is a plus.
