Outsource Origin is a leading e-commerce company seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale FBA Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Amazon Wholesale FBA Specialist to onboard new brands, manage approvals, and oversee all processes related to Amazon Wholesale FBA.

Responsibilities:

- Onboard new brands and obtain necessary approvals

- Manage and maintain existing brand relationships

- Negotiate wholesale pricing and terms

- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and requirements

- Process and manage purchase orders, inventory, and shipping

- Monitor and resolve any account issues or discrepancies

- Analyze sales data and optimize product listings

- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving policies and best practices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Amazon Wholesale FBA

- Proven track record of successfully onboarding brands

- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Wholesale Central

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Amazon tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or AMZScout

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms beyond Amazon

- Certification in Amazon Selling or Supply Chain Management
