Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations Full-time Job

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor productivity metrics and ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to identify areas for improvement in workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular stock checks.
• Implement and monitor inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and improve stock accuracy.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
• Plan and allocate work tasks to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address team concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
