Chief Operating Officer (COO) Full-time Job

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our growing team. (Fresh graduates with strong management skills and the ability to learn quickly may also be considered). The COO will play a critical role in managing our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing the quality of our content. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of writers, voiceover artists, and video editors while maintaining a strong focus on efficient operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company, including content creation, production, and marketing
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient project management, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of writers, voiceover artists, and video editors
• Implement and refine processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and quality across the organization
• Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all content across our YouTube channels
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our projects and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the company's financial targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or content marketing, preferably in the digital media or YouTube content space; fresh graduates with strong management skills and the ability to learn quickly may also be considered
• Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams, or demonstrable potential for fresh graduates
• Strong understanding of YouTube platform, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
