Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer data.

Handle customer inquiries and provide support to enhance customer experience.

Generate, process, and track invoices accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure timely payments and account updates.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies.

Assist in CRM automation and workflow optimization.

Prepare reports and maintain records related to CRM and invoicing activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and financial documentation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
