We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat

Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Update customer records in the database and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings

Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends

Qualifications:

 

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of customer service experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with customer service software and tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
