Data Entry Specialist(Remote/Part time) Full-time Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This remote position offers flexibility to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data maintenance, including cleaning and organizing data sets.
• Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for analysis.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide timely support to team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Follow established data entry procedures and best practices.

Requirements: Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software.
• Knowledge of AI tools and web scraping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Other Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
