- Preparing Annual Requirements for Production based on the forecast provided by Sales Department.
- Preparing the Monthly Production Plan accordingly in SAP in consideration of the analysis of the Historical Sales & Forecast (which should be updated monthly by the Sales Department).
- Preparing the Comprehensive Raw & Packaging Materials calculation quarterly to support the request and purchase for the coming quarter's needs.
- Creating purchase materials requests in accordance with SAP calculated needs considering the Historical Sales & Forecast provided by the sales department.
- Reviewing, analysing and approving Raw & Packaging Materials requests in accordance with the assessment data
- Following the Production Planning Department on their weekly provided plan according to priority.
- Supporting the Raw and Packaging Material by monitoring the inventory to prevent shortages in materials needed for production.
- Supporting the Finished Goods warehouse on monitoring the quantity received from the production based on the monthly plan.
- Analyzing and monitoring the level inventory (Finished Good, Raw & Packaging Material).
- Supporting and providing comprehensive feedback of the monthly needs of Sales Teams (Private, Government & Export).
- Monitoring the percentage of Production daily and according to the Monthly Plan
- Adjusting monthly plan if needed to produce extra due to near-expiry materials or new orders.
- Making a monthly report on the status of Plan Vs Production.
Performing an annual check on the Finished Goods and Raw & Packaging Materials Safety stock accuracy.
Education: MBA in Accounting/ finance
Experience: 2 – 3+ years’ experience in planning and forecasting analysis.
