Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate and relevant experience.
  • Presentable with good communication skills in English & Urdu along with interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
