Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate and relevant experience.
- Presentable with good communication skills in English & Urdu along with interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
