Health and Safety Officer (HSE) Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards or unsafe practices.

Analyze accident/incident reports and identify trends or recurring issues.

Ensure the workplace complies with all relevant local, national, and international health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA standards, etc.).

Ensure all employees are aware of safety procedures and protocols.

Provide training to staff on health and safety procedures, proper use of equipment, and safe working practices.

Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or near-miss incidents to identify causes and corrective actions.

Monitor and promote employee health and wellness initiatives (e.g., stress management, ergonomics, fitness).

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.

Work with other departments to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of operations.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
