Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist in Islamabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing and administering various HR policies and procedures, managing the employee benefits program, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
