Description

IT professionals are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software applications. They install, configure, and support hardware, software, and other technologies, as well as troubleshoot problems. They may also be responsible for developing and managing IT policies and procedures and providing training and technical support to users.

Specific duties may include:

1 - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and systems

2 - Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

3 - Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards

4 - Monitoring system performance and security

5 - Providing technical support and training to users

6 - Researching and evaluating new technologies

Experience

2-3 Years of Experience Required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
