Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Agriculture or a related field
• Successful previous experience (about 3 - 5 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Strong understanding of how agriculture input/ Seeds business operates
• Need to have excellent networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels (Farmers, Sales Channel and Client organizations).
• Willing to travel across country to farms and client offices as per business requirement.
