Job Description:
1) Submitting shipping instructions to the carrier as per documents
2) Ensuring that the shipping instructions are submitted before the vessel cut-off date.
3) Following and handling all the aspects of FCL Shipments from beginning to multiple destinations
4) Working for the head office Dubai (Export) operations and for the back office (Pakistan) export operations
5) Tracking containers and schedules of the vessels and coordinating with different departments (Customs, booking, export, etc).
6) Preparing house bill of lading in Efrieght, Netsuite (ERP) jobs in the Software for the invoice purpose.
