Job Description:
Get to know about the Roles, Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities of Wholesale Distributor Administrative Assistant.

Monitor all incoming calls and messages for wholesale manufacturing environment.

Assist customer with all inquires and ensure appropriate resolution.

Administer all communication with suppliers and clients.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and assist in increasing sales.

Handle communications from clients, suppliers and other important sources.

Analyze and design activities to ensure optimal coordination with marketing and distribution teams.

Ensure optimal implementation of all policies for smooth sales and distribution process.

Assist community leaders to achieve all sales goals.



Develop programs to increase numbers in wholesale sales.



Collaborate with Commodity leaders to convince them about sales objectives.



Monitor everyday activities of warehouse.



Manage and maintain inventory for wholesale distribution center.



Supervise all outbound logistics for common outbound products.



Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.



Manage all official work such as data entry and copying.

Prepare file records for various functioning activities appropriately.

Maintain all communication on various office equipments.
