3 Years(MINIMUM 3 YEARS IN PROPER ORGANIZED AFTER SALE SERVICE OF AUDIO VIDEO(AV) & HOME APPLIANCES(HA))
Job Description:
· Be able to conduct training for technicians
· Supervise and guide the technician’s repair
· Visit all centers periodically, to inspect and suggest corrective actions for improvement in their operation, inventory keeping and safety measures etc
· Visit dealers to get their feedback for improvement
· Assist Incharge Main Store parts in planning the stock levels of various centers
· Supervise the repair of HA & AV Centers and ensure proper repair speed and its quality.
· Be able to repair personally all difficult, complicated faults of AV products.
· Resolve customers, dealers and sales force complaints.
