 To generate quality leads to Identify and make contact with potential clients.
 Present the organization services in a structured professional way
 Work with team to achieve performance targets
 Deal directly with clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle clients inquiries and requirement.
 Maintain relationships with existing as well as new clients in person and via telephone, e mail etc.
 Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
