Senior Staff UX Researcher, Quantitative

Join Gusto as a Senior Staff-equivalent UX Researcher driving quantitative research roadmaps across R&D. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to inform high-stakes product decisions and AI features. Work in a hybrid capacity from Denver, New York, or San Francisco.

• 8+ years of experience leading quantitative UX research with a track record of influencing executive-level strategic product and business decisions
• Deep expertise in survey science, sampling, pricing research, statistical modeling, psychometric frameworks, and validated measurement scales
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and hands-on experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics
• Experience with AI and LLM evaluation methods, logs analysis, behavioral analysis, and AI-powered products
• Experience designing and running usability research at scale, including benchmarking and tie-breaking evaluations
• Track record of setting research standards or practices that scale beyond individual projects across multiple teams
• Experience enabling and coaching non-researchers to conduct their own research
