Senior Workforce Management Analyst

Monzo is seeking a Senior WFM Analyst on a 15-month fixed-term contract to join their Workforce Management team. This role uses data-driven insights to predict resource needs, optimize shift patterns, and support customer operations and service teams. Candidates can work remotely from the UK, or out of the London or Cardiff offices.

• Demonstrable experience in workforce management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Expertise in WFM software and tools, with Verint experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience presenting complex data to executive leadership and influencing decision-making through strategic communication
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
