About the role
Gusto is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring teams, and help scale the organization. In this hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, you will manage req-based hiring, build representative talent pipelines, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Key requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a high-growth tech environment
- Demonstrated success in req-based recruiting, focusing on mid- to senior-level hiring
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite
- Demonstrated experience using AI and talent intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI, sourcing automation, and competitive insights
