Transfer Pricing Tax Manager

Monzo is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their Group Tax squad in London and take end-to-end ownership of transfer pricing operations, policies, and documentation. The role involves managing Master Files, Local Files, CbCR, intercompany agreements, and cross-border expansion initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment. Candidates can apply from professional practice or existing in-house tax roles.

• Hold a professional qualification such as a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA/ADIT or equivalent)
• Possess a strong technical background in transfer pricing
• Bring a proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Translate complex transfer pricing concepts for non-tax stakeholders

Qualified accountants or tax advisors with a strong technical transfer pricing background, including candidates making their first move out of professional practice or those with prior in-house experience.
