About the role
Gusto is seeking an experienced L4 People Technology Workday Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions powering HR and payroll processes. This hybrid role is based out of Denver, CO, New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will operate with a high degree of independence to solve complex problems and mentor others.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of hands-on Workday analyst or configuration experience
- Advanced, wide-ranging knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, ambiguous issues requiring in-depth evaluation
Who should apply
