As a Live Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing help and advice to customers who are using our online chat system. You will be helping customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and problem-solving. You will also be monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.

You must be comfortable working with customers from all backgrounds and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. You will need to be highly organized and able to learn quickly. You must also be able to keep track of customer inquiries and provide timely responses.


  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Monitor chat queues for incoming messages and provide customer service.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Maintain customer records and provide follow-up with customers as needed


1-2 Years of Experience in Relevant Department.
