- Educating the customers regarding the services and products offered.
- Identifying customers’ needs and helping them in understanding the services and products on Chat.
- Keeping the customers up to date with products, new features, announcements, and any new functionalities. -
- Handling multiple customer’s live chats at a time to provide assistance related to the services and products.
- Taking follow-up with customers to ensure their critical issues are resolved.
- Maintaining records for new feature requests and chat support records.
•Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy. - A minimum of 50% accuracy in English comprehension.
•Must have a Customer-centric attitude
•Minimum 6 months of experience required.
•Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
•Handling US/Europe customers via Live chat is a Plus.
•Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New-Grad
Minimum intermediate, graduation will be preferred.
