Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Educating the customers regarding the services and products offered. 
  • Identifying customers’ needs and helping them in understanding the services and products on Chat. 
  • Keeping the customers up to date with products, new features, announcements, and any new functionalities. -
  • Handling multiple customer’s live chats at a time to provide assistance related to the services and products.
  • Taking follow-up with customers to ensure their critical issues are resolved.
  • Maintaining records for new feature requests and chat support records.

Requirements:

•Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy. - A minimum of 50% accuracy in English comprehension. 

•Must have a Customer-centric attitude

•Minimum 6 months of experience required.

•Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. 

•Handling US/Europe customers via Live chat is a Plus.

•Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New-Grad

Qualification:

Minimum intermediate, graduation will be preferred.

Shift Timings:

Morning (8 am to 4 pm)

Evening (4 pm to 12 am)

Night (12 am to 8 am)
