RO Plant Operator Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor reverse osmosis (RO) units, filtration, and other water treatment equipment to ensure proper function and water quality standards.

Adjust chemical dosing and pH levels to maintain water quality.

Control and monitor flow rates, pressures, and temperatures to ensure optimal RO system performance.

Perform routine tests on water quality, including checking for pH, turbidity, salinity, and other contaminants.

Conduct regular inspections of RO membranes, pumps, valves, and other equipment to detect signs of wear or malfunction.

Clean and replace RO membranes as needed to maintain efficiency.

Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and report major issues to senior maintenance personnel.

Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals used in the treatment process.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to water treatment and environmental standards.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel and the public.

Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, water quality tests, and compliance with environmental standards.

Keep detailed logs of plant performance, chemical usage, water quality, and maintenance activities.

Generate reports on water quality, plant performance, and issues that need attention.

Report any unusual operations or breakdowns to the supervisor or plant manager.

Work closely with maintenance, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Participate in regular meetings to discuss plant performance, maintenance schedules, and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a technical or engineering background is often preferred).
• Previous experience in water treatment or plant operation is often required.
• Knowledge of water treatment principles, reverse osmosis processes, and associated equipment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
