A Sales Officer is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a company or organization. They are responsible for creating sales strategies and plans, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that sales revenue meets or exceeds organizational goals. Sales Officers must also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and must be highly organized.
