Job Description

Shift Assistants are responsible for assisting the Shift Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store, restaurant, or other business. The main duties of a Shift Assistant include providing customer service, handling cash transactions, stocking shelves, cleaning the store, and other tasks related to the store’s operations.They must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. The Shift Assistant must also be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and be able to handle customer complaints and conflicts. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

2-3 Years Preferred
