Social Media Manager Full-time Job

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce compelling visuals and multimedia content.
• Monitor and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships with the online community.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints through social channels in coordination with the customer service team.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and ad performance optimization.
• Test and analyze different ad creatives and formats to maximize effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for collaborations and promotions.
