Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 10 - 15 Years of inventory management

Skills: Strong computer skills. Handling of ERP (SAP shall be preferred)

Joining Time: Can join immediately

• Audit and Report Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits and provide reports with recommendations on items to order and restock.
• Manage Warehouse Associates: Oversee warehouse associates, ensuring they follow safety protocols and efficiently use warehouse equipment.
• Establish Warehouse Practices: Develop and implement warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient and organised warehouse.
• Set Goals: Collaborate with executive management and other team leads to establish warehouse and team goals.
• Monitor Performance: Evaluate workplace performance and lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Stay Updated on Safety Regulations: Keep current with the latest federal and state safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Communicate Across Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely shipping of products.
