Account Manager I

Careem is looking for an Account Manager to join the Food and Dineout team in Amman, Jordan. The role involves managing and nurturing restaurant partner relationships to optimize their performance, improve operational metrics, and drive growth on the platform.

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F and B sectors
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

Professionals with 2-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or partner success within the tech, e-commerce, or F and B sectors who excel at stakeholder management and data analysis.
