Associate Director of ERP Digital Transformation

Careem is seeking a hands-on ERP Head to lead its ERP Department based in Karachi, Pakistan, covering Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and Integration streams. This working leadership role requires personally triaging and resolving production issues, managing the Oracle vendor relationship, and driving automation initiatives alongside team management.

• Proven, personal experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud/OIC access, integration, and configuration issues directly
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Financials/GL reporting, and Oracle HCM/Payroll
• Familiarity with Oracle-Okta access provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting access for employees, contractors, and external users
• Experience managing relationships with ERP vendors and external implementation consultants, including raising and tracking Service Requests
• Track record of sponsoring or delivering automation and AI-driven solutions with measurable time and cost savings
• Demonstrated experience managing a technical team, handling approvals, distributing workload, and enforcing ticket-based tracking discipline
• Proven ability to work across Finance, People/HR, IT/InfoSec, and regional business units to resolve issues and drive initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant Oracle Cloud certifications as a plus

An experienced technical leader with a strong background in Oracle cloud applications and automation who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to personally resolve support tickets while managing an ERP department.
