Partner Onboarding Advisor

Tamara is seeking a Partner Onboarding Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt, to execute end-to-end merchant onboarding. The role focuses on accuracy, SLA adherence, managing KYB, compliance and fraud checks, integration coordination, and merchant activation.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in onboarding, operations, customer operations, compliance operations, KYC/KYB, or a similar process-driven role
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with checklists, evidence, and audit-ready documentation
• Ability to manage a queue and prioritize by SLA and impact
• Clear written communication and professional stakeholder management
• Comfortable working in English
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC concepts and screening or risk workflows
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for case management
• Experience working in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or regulated environments

Candidates with up to two years of experience in operations, KYC/KYB, or customer support within regulated environments or fintech who possess strong attention to detail and communication skills are a great fit.
