AFC Manager - SAR Delegate Lead | MLRO France

N26 is seeking a motivated and experienced AFC SAR Delegate Lead in Paris to oversee and drive the suspicious activity investigation and reporting framework for the French market. This compliance leadership role involves managing the French SAR Delegate Team, driving regulatory excellence, and partnering with the French MLRO and local authorities. The successful candidate will help strengthen anti-financial crime operations and ensure consistent execution of AML and CTF policies.

• Graduation in law (Ecole de droit/Master II) or from a Grande Ecole, or alike
• Professional experience gained in anti-financial crime with at least 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in operational functions including investigation, SAR drafting, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and adverse media screening
• Proven experience in team management and mentoring
• In-depth knowledge of European and French regulations on Financial Crime including KYC, AML, terrorism financing, fraud, tax evasion, and sanctions
• French as mother tongue, with fluency in French and English spoken and written, along with excellent written skills in French
