About the role
Monzo is seeking a People Operations Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide caregiver cover and support an upcoming HRIS implementation. The role involves managing core people processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and driving process design and improvement. The position can be based in Cardiff, London, or fully remote within the UK.
Key requirements
- 12-month commitment to provide caregiver cover
- Hands-on experience with HRIS design, systems migrations, and workflow design
- Experience administering employee changes, benefits, contractual changes, offboarding, and references
- Ability to support payroll compilation, pay queries, and caregiver or other leave processes
- Capability to conduct process audits, data audits, and ad hoc checks on critical documentation
- Experience managing mandatory training programmes and supporting Learning and Development administration
