Senior Strategy and Care Transformation Manager

Careem is looking for an individual contributor to sit at the intersection of Operations, Care, Product, and Finance at their Dubai location. The role involves turning business priorities into structured programs, using data and policy design to create a consistent and efficient customer experience across markets, and managing performance governance and customer policy design.

• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, program management, business operations, or a related analytical/cross-functional role.
• A track record of owning recurring reporting or business-review cadences with senior stakeholders, end to end.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with dashboards and raw data.
• Experience designing or governing customer-facing policy in a marketplace, e-commerce, delivery, or platform business.
• Experience in stakeholder management to align Product, Finance, Commercial, and Operations partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building operational structures.
