About the role
Tamara is seeking a Trust and Safety Quality Analyst to manage the end-to-end quality assurance framework within the Trust and Safety department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will evaluate Fraud Investigators to maintain high standards of accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Fraud Prevention, Compliance or AML
- At least 1-2 years specifically in a Quality Assurance or Senior Analyst role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
