• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the financial industry
• Experience managing end-to-end audit processes
• Proven track record in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reporting packs and ensuring accurate consolidation of group financial statements
• Proficient with advanced excel and other financial reporting tools
