People Business Partner

Tamara is seeking a People Business Partner to join their People team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role provides both tactical and strategic consulting on organization development strategies to support business objectives, covering areas such as employee relations, performance and compensation management, and policy interpretation.

• Bachelor degree in human resources, business or related field
• 3+ years of HRBP experience
• Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues
• Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of HR including employment law and compliance requirements
• Proven client management and business acumen
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues demonstrated project management skills
