ICT GRC – Risk & Compliance Manager

N26 is hiring an ICT GRC Risk and Compliance Manager in Berlin to oversee IT risk frameworks and ensure compliance across digital banking infrastructure. Reporting to the Deputy CISO within the Second Line of Defense, this role drives DORA framework maturity, leads proactive risk assessments, and applies AI technologies to modernize risk management processes.

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT risk management, information security, and compliance, preferably in banking or financial services
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and German
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards such as DORA, MaRisk, BAIT, ISO 27001/27002, and NIST
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, cloud security, and application security
• Capability to use AI tools and technologies to streamline compliance and risk assessment processes
