Lead Product Designer

Monzo is seeking a Lead Product Designer to tackle complex design challenges and shape the future of their financial products. Working closely with research, product, and engineering squads, you will define product visions and deliver scalable solutions for millions of customers. The role can be based in the London office or performed remotely from within the UK.

• Skilled at leading research, defining product visions, and aligning teams around a shared strategy
• Excel at creating modular, scalable solutions and using design artefacts to communicate insights effectively
• Natural collaborator capable of navigating multi-squad projects, aligning leadership, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
• Passionate about improving design systems, processes, and ways of working to help teams deliver better outcomes at scale
