Senior Product Manager - LMS

Tamara is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Dubai, UAE, to lead the development and evolution of its Loan Management System. This senior, independent role involves setting product direction, driving discovery, and collaborating cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class lending platform.

• 7 to 10 years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 plus years in fintech, lending, or financial systems
• Strong background in Loan Management Systems, Core Banking Platforms, or Lending Infrastructure
• Proven ability to build complex financial platforms either from scratch or by extending open-source solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, discovery, and structured thinking skills
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-paced environments with high ownership
• Familiarity with loan lifecycle management including disbursement, repayments, rescheduling, collections, and settlements
