Senior Associate Audit & Operations

Based in Berlin, this role supports N26's Audit Operations function by managing operational policies, data analytics, reporting, and systems landscape for Internal Audit. The position ensures structured data foundations, reliable audit reporting, and effective monitoring of audit findings across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internal audit experience within an international regulated environment, preferably in banking, financial services, or audit firms
• Strong process understanding and knowledge of online banking and retail products
• Insight into banking laws, standard regulatory requirements, and banking IT systems
• Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and reporting systems like Audimax and Jira
• Strong communication skills in English and German, or English with the local language
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital product development, and data-driven audit techniques is preferred
