Senior Product Manager - Operations Automation & Enablement (OAE)

N26 is seeking a hands-on, strategic Senior Product Manager for Ops Automation and Enablement in Berlin to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and adoption of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, and internal tooling. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational leaders to scale banking operations without proportional headcount growth.

• 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, ideally in a fast-moving tech, digital, or fintech environment
• Demonstrated experience taking ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products from 0 to 1 or significantly scaling them with measurable operational savings
• Familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Proven expertise in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and structured waste-reduction methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Background in banking or fintech navigating compliance, legal, and risk sign-offs in a control-heavy environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling impact using tools such as Power BI or SQL
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex trade-offs to senior leadership
