Senior Product Manager - Operations Automation & Enablement (OAE)

N26 is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ops Automation and Enablement in Barcelona to lead the strategy, design, and enterprise-scale adoption of Agentic AI, process mining, and internal tooling. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end automated workflows that increase operational efficiency without proportional headcount growth. You will also partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all solutions strictly adhere to GDPR, the EU AI Act, and regulatory standards.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, preferably within tech or fintech
• Proven track record of deploying or scaling ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products with quantifiable operational savings
• Technical familiarity with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Background in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and structured waste-reduction methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience navigating legal, compliance, and risk frameworks within a regulated banking or financial control environment
• Strong analytical capability using tools such as SQL or Power BI to model business impact and measure ROI
