Senior Strategy and Operations Manager

Monzo is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and data-driven Senior Strategy and Operations Manager to help shape the future of Payments. Operating as an individual contributor, you will support the General Manager of Payments and leadership team to define, measure, and drive strategy, balancing long-term vision with daily execution.
