Savings Pricing Manager

Monzo is seeking a Savings Pricing Manager to drive and continuously improve the performance of their savings products. This role focuses on commercial strategy, data analysis, pricing optimisation, and deposit forecasting in the UK market. The position can be based in London, Cardiff, or remotely within the UK.

• Monitor portfolio performance by tracking live savings products against commercial targets and diagnosing deposit movement drivers.
• Drive volume and margin trade-offs by analysing pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data.
• Contribute to savings strategy by sizing and modelling the commercial impact of strategic initiatives during planning cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Finance, and Product Squads on pricing decisions and balance sheet impacts.
• Develop, maintain, and improve core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
• Lead competitor and macro analysis by monitoring the macroeconomic landscape, Bank of England rate changes, and competitor shifts.

Candidates with pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking, fintech, or fast-paced consumer finance who are highly analytical and comfortable working with complex, ambiguous data.
