Staff Product Manager, Consumer Money - Consumer Banking

Gusto is seeking a product professional to own core Wallet experiences, working at the intersection of payroll and consumer banking. You will build financial products that help workers smooth cash flow, save automatically, and manage their money effectively. This role offers hybrid flexibility based out of New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

• 7+ years of product management experience, with directly related product management work in accounting, financial software, or an adjacent domain
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfort using AI tools, including prototypes to accelerate the development lifecycle
• Data oriented and experienced using data to inform decisions and track outcomes
• Meaningful familiarity with accounting concepts such as journal entries and reconciliation flows
• Comfortable facing ambiguous problems and wearing multiple hats like conducting user research, forecasting product adoption, or prototyping new features
• Strong frameworks and foundations to prioritize and deliver on customer needs and business outcomes

A data-driven product manager with significant background in financial software, accounting, or adjacent domains who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
