About the role
As a Strategic Program Manager at Gusto, you will shape the future of customer experience within an AI-enabled environment by leading high-priority, cross-functional programs. You will partner with executive leadership across Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Operational Teams to drive large-scale strategic initiatives. This hybrid role is available in Atlanta, Denver, New York, San Francisco, and Scottsdale.
Key requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, and/or project management roles with a track record of executing complex, large-scale projects
- Experience with AI-driven programs and understanding of technical workstreams, engineering requirements, and operational needs
- Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in program management software such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with data visualization and presentation abilities
