Tamara is seeking Partner Care Advisors to join their office in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will answer merchant queries through website live chats, calls, and emails, providing accurate solutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Minimum 1 year of customer experience in the local market
• Native Arabic speaker
• Holds a university degree
• Fluency in English Language, B1 profile
• Ability to use computers and internet applications
• Flexibility with rotational working hours/days

Individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
